Capitolo: mornings by the sea, evenings in Monopoli
16 October 2026

The first decision of the day does not need to be a difficult one. Breakfast on the terrace, or a walk towards the water? At Villa Capitolo, the sea is part of the view from home. That changes the shape of a holiday: there is less reason to fill every hour, and more reason to leave an afternoon open.
Start with the terrace
Bring breakfast outside while everyone is still deciding what to do. The terrace at Villa Capitolo has room to sit together and look out over the Adriatic. It is a place for the gaps in your plans too: a book after lunch, a conversation before going out, or a quiet evening at home.
Give the beach its own time
Capitolo is on the coast south of Monopoli. Plan one proper beach morning instead of trying to combine it with three towns and a long lunch reservation. Ask Gianni about the beach entrance closest to your home and the arrangements for your dates. Free beach areas and managed beach clubs offer different experiences, so choose around your group.
Save an evening for Monopoli
A different rhythm waits around the old harbour. Leave time for a walk, then choose where to eat. You do not need a route covering every landmark to enjoy an evening here. A short visit with time to stop often feels better than a packed sightseeing list.
Choose the home around your holiday
Villa Capitolo puts the terrace and sea view at the centre of the stay. The apartment is upstairs, with spiral-staircase access, so speak with Gianni about luggage, young children or mobility needs before choosing it. If a garden and ground-floor accommodation suit you better, take a look at Villa gli Ulivi. Ground floor does not guarantee step-free access.
Travelling with another family? Compare the spaces at Il Glicine and Il Rosmarino. Confirm the sleeping arrangements for your group, rather than choosing from the maximum guest number alone.
Start with your dates
Tell Gianni who is coming, when you want to travel and what would make the stay comfortable. Check the homes for your dates, then ask him about the details before reserving.
